Village Print & Media has been known as a results-driven company for nearly 5 decades now. Our superhero, the Blue Volt, represents VPM’s astounding sales team that acts the part of a superhero day in and day out. Today, Marina Moca, VPM’s Senior Sales Manager for over 7 years and commander of the sales squad, talks to us about the mindset needed in order to always get the job done for your client.
VPM: What comes to mind when you hear the phrase, “Alright, I’ll Do It?”
MM: “Alright, I’ll do it,” is a statement that many companies fear saying to clients because they feel as though it’s an empty promise and holds no value. But, this isn’t an empty statement, it’s a mindset. I say this to all of my clients, regardless of how easy or difficult a job may be. Even if my client says, “Marina, I really needed this done yesterday,” I tell them, “Yes, of course, I will make it happen.”
VPM: Is it really that simple to say, “Alright, I’ll do it,” and the job will get done?
MM: No, but you always have to go into a situation with the premise that you will come up with a solution.
VPM: Are there any other superheros at VPM that help out your team?
MM: Yes, everyone at VPM acts the part of a superhero. We are committed to satisfying our clients around the clock. If I go to anyone in customer service, production, quality control, or delivery, they are willing and able to help out immediately, however they can. This makes me stress-free and allows me to reassure the client that their project is in good hands.
VPM: If you could have any super power, what would it be?
MM: Teleporting! That would be great. It would be hassle-free for me to close my eyes and teleport from my desk straight to the Bahamas!
