Village Print & Media, one of the largest print organizations in New York City, with a space accommodating 30,000 square feet, announced today the appointment of Grace Crisafulli as Director of Client Services.
Crisafulli comes to Village Print & Media with deep experience and dedication in the customer service sector since 1981, primarily experienced in the print and design arena. She most recently served as NYC Operations Manager at Pitney Bowes. Before her time at Pitney Bowes, she held a long tenure at Deloitte for twelve years, where she oversaw customer service, print, graphics, word processing and proofreading.
While at Deloitte, in 2009, she exclusively managed print and played a major role in a strategic reorganization to economize Deloitte’s internal print budget and focus on building the next generation of print. In 2011, Crisafulli traveled extensively to implement the new policies and procedures at each Deloitte location, which she firmly believes strengthened her ability to connect with customers and colleagues across the nation.
Crisafulli also led successful customer service teams at PaineWebber, now UBS, for thirteen years, as well as managed her own 24/7 print and design company for six years. Joe Ryder, Sales Director of Village Print & Media, said, “Grace Crisafulli is, by far, the most exceptional hire we have made in the past few years. Her demonstrated managerial abilities, commitment to customer service, and depth of experience in print uniquely qualify her for this integral role. I’m beyond certain she will galvanize, even strengthen, our mission in always putting the customer first.”
“My number one priority is the customer,” Crisafulli said, “I treat every company as though it is my own—I always advised my team to do the same. If a customer isn’t happy, then neither is your business.”
Crisafulli received her B.A. from CUNY Hunter College in psychology. She lives with her husband and their daughter.
