Yes, letterhead. I once had a salesperson who needed a letterhead to fax his cold call. I mentally fired him and told him that he had a better chance of someone receiving a note in a bottle that he threw into the ocean.
I can’t because…’overpricing.’
Here’s the deal: explain to your salespeople that they you should never sell price, but also never lose a job on pricing.
