Instagram has become a common platform for businesses to advertise not only their products through unique photos, but their brands as a whole. The idea is to curate a feed that is both appealing to the consumer, but also allows them to get a sense of who you are as a company and what you represent. You want the consumer to be able to easily recognize your brand amongst a sea of thousands of other brands advertising on Instagram. The best way to do this is to set a consistent mood and overall aesthetic for your page. Here are some tips on how to enhance your brand’s image through Instagram posts:

  • Create posts that show how your product will fit into your consumer’s lifestyle
  • Use lifestyle images that relate to your brand’s values, location, and attitude
  • Choose 1-3 unique hashtags specific to your brand that is easily searchable for consumers
  • Create a color palette for your feed that includes your brand’s colors
    • Optional: Choose one filter for all images that will make the look of your feed feel whole and consistent
