This month’s employee profile spotlights one of our New York native teammates, Issacc Cearc. Sarcastic, witty, and hilarious, his daily references and tone are similar to the likes of Arthur from The Big Bang Theory or April from Parks and Recreation. Recently appointed VPM’s Implementation Coordinator, he’s taken on his new responsibilities with commitment and ease. Check out what Issacc has to say about his new role at VPM and living in New York.

VPM: Recently, you made the jump from being an Account Executive to your current position as the Implementation Coordinator. Can you tell us a little bit about your new position?

IC: I’m responsible for developing and assisting in the implementation of VPM’s operations systems. Although I find myself easily adaptable, I found it somewhat challenging to switch mindsets between positions; my mindset right now is more focused compared to the hyper-intensive one that is necessary to do sales. But I always love a good challenge, and I think I am meeting this one well, so far. It’s been amazing sitting far away from everyone, concentrating on important projects.

VPM: What do you think about VPM? Choose your words wisely. Just kidding, go on (definitely not kidding, this is being published).

IC: I love that VPM is a growing company, and that we’re always looking towards the future. It truly is a joy to work here.

VPM: That’s nice to hear! But I can’t tell if you’re kidding or not.

IC: Most people can’t. I really do mean that though; I enjoy coming to work every single day, and I’d say that’s pretty rare.

VPM: What’s your favorite part about working in NYC?

IC: Leaving Manhattan to go to Brooklyn. We really should be our own city. But I do love looking at Manhattan at night from either Brooklyn, or when you’re driving in from Jersey. The city’s skyline looks incredible at night; there’s really nothing like it.
