This commercial is just one minute out of the ten hours a day we spend glued to our screens, which is a 152 days a year in 32 years of your life. Clicking. Snapping. Emoji-ing. Scrolling. Watching other people’s pictures of their Caramel Macchiato, or cats, or babies. Is it worth it? Time is precious, and yet, we take advantage of it every second of every day.
